When I photograph, I search for the essence of what is in front of me. I look for the thing that unites its kind, and try to find the key element for every frame.
If I’m standing at a concert with a camera in my hand, my main focus is not on achieving perfect sharpness or a technologically impressive picture. My focus is the energy that fills the venue.
I capture what it feels like to stand on stage and to be in the crowd.
Many of my photos are presented in their rawest form. Keeping it that way is how I bring people
back to the moment when the picture was taken.

My work exists to help people remember what it felt like, or give those who weren’t there a piece of the experience.
Most of my work is done with a Canon EOS 550D
